This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed by ARCLINE HOMZ PVT. LTD.
1. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice via email.

Before Project Initiation:
- Full or partial refund may be provided after deducting administrative charges.
After Project Initiation:
- No refund will be provided for work already completed.
- Costs incurred (design, materials, labor, consultation) will be deducted.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15–30 business days.
- Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Consultation fees
- Design work and drawings
- Site visits and inspection charges
- Customized materials or orders already placed
4. Project Delays
Refunds will not be applicable for delays caused due to:
- Client-side delays (approvals, payments)
- Government approvals or legal issues
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
5. Modification of Services
Any change in project scope after confirmation may lead to revised pricing.
Additional work will be charged separately.
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved, the matter shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
